A Liar’s Autobiography

Last night we went to see a preview of “A Liar’s Autobiography” the film based on the life of Graham Chapman from Monty Python. It’s entirely animated and in stereoscopic 3D. It was made by 13 different animation production companies in London and the US. We spent lots of last year working on a little 7 minute section of it. You can read more about the film here. It’s certainly worth seeing if you’re a huge Monty Python fan.

The Graham Chapman Project- Update

Here’s a link to a little piece about Trunk  by the Graham Chapman Project guys. We’re probably just over halfway through animating our 7 minute section. It’s a LOT of hand drawn animation, so far we’ve gobbled up four animators and 6- yes SIX interns. Yum yum.

Here’s a great article in the New York Times about the Chapman 3d  project we are currently working on. Our sequence is well under way and is looking good so far. Meanwhile our studio’s filling up with homoerotic designs, lovely.
